Mr. Creed represents small businesses and individuals in transactional real estate matters, transactional business matters, business/real estate and civil litigation, contracts, technology law, intellectual property law, construction litigation, and personal finance matters such as bankruptcy and estate planning. He is licensed to practice in all courts in Washington State and California.

Because he gained more than fifteen years of valuable experience as an engineer, business owner, and real estate professional prior to beginning the practice of law, Mr. Creed tends to have a more clear understanding of the legal issues his clients come to him to assist them with. Having faced many of these issues himself prior to becoming an attorney, he has a unique understanding of what his clients are facing.
